On April 7th, a ceremony was held in the capital's sports complex to honor the winners of international sports tournaments, as instructed by the Head of State. President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov presented athletes with commemorative gifts and the President's book "Youth - the Support of the Motherland."
The event was attended by members of the Mejlis, government officials, leaders of military and law enforcement agencies, the Vice President of the Humanitarian Association of the Turkmen World, heads and staff of accredited foreign diplomatic missions in Turkmenistan, representatives of public organizations, universities, athletes, students, and the media. An exhibition of sports awards, works of art, and decorative applied art was organized.
