During the hockey tournament, the Kazan athletes progressed through all qualifying rounds undefeated, only conceding in the final to the Turkmen club "Galkan," securing second place. It was noted that the tournament's best forward was recognized as Aidar Miftakhov from "ORKHIS - Kazan," the best goalkeeper was Yaroslav Lagun from the Belarusian club "Volat," which claimed the bronze medal, and the best defenseman was Musa Annasaparov from the "Galkan" team.
