The open court trial of the former Minister of National Economy, Kuandyk Bishimbayev, accused of the brutal murder of his wife Saltanat Nukenova, is ongoing in Astana on April 24, 2024.

The court session began with a 20-minute delay due to technical reasons, clarified Judge Aizhan Kulbayeva. However, the online broadcast was quickly suspended as the prosecutor requested to proceed without the participation of the jurors.
