According to the information received, certain individuals, who, under the protection of the thief-in-law Kamchybek Asanbek (Kamchi Kolbayev), exerted pressure on government officials to further their own interests.
Relatives of Kamchybek Asanbek - J.E.A. and J.S.A. - unlawfully deprived certain local council deputies of their freedom through physical violence "for disobedience."
GKNB KR J.E.A. in connection with the kidnapping has been placed in the pre-trial detention center in Karakol. Investigative and operational measures are ongoing.
