The trial of activist Ondurush Toktonasyrov has resumed in the Pervomaisky District Court. This was reported by human rights defender Gulshaiyr Abdirasulova on her Facebook page.
It was noted that Ondurush Toktonasyrov is accused under Article 330 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (incitement of racial, ethnic, national, religious, or interregional enmity (discord) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic) for his posts on Facebook.
"Earlier, the court appointed a repeat forensic examination, despite the fact that two examinations, including an independent one, had already been submitted to the court," she wrote.
