Operatives of the Police Department (DP) of the Pavlodar region located 11 individuals who were wanted for committing crimes within just two days.
In particular, the police detained a man who had been evading justice for over 30 years. "In the regional center (Pavlodar), a man was detained who in 1991 committed a rape on the territory of the Issyk-Kul region of Kyrgyzstan," said the chief of the Criminal Police Department of the Pavlodar region DP, Balgabay Kaparov.
He also informed about the apprehension of a suspect in a robbery in Pavlodar. "In Tyumen, Russian Federation, a suspect wanted in an international search for committing a robbery in our city has been detained," he added.
