The city of Astana has organized nine humanitarian aid collection points in collaboration with approximately 30 volunteer organizations. Each day, over 200 volunteers assist in sorting and sending essential items to areas affected by floods. Donations from citizens include warm clothes, food, medicine, and basic necessities.

The Amanat party's city branch in Astana, in partnership with the "Zhastar Rukhy" youth wing and volunteers from the Youth Resource Center "Astana Zhastary," supported by the city's akimat, city maslikhat deputies, public figures, NGOs, and businesses, have amassed nearly 250 tons of humanitarian aid.

In the Kostanay region, volunteers from the Congress of Youth of Kazakhstan oversee the coordination of aid delivery from Astana. They distribute products such as motorboats, generators, rubber boots, and other essentials to the affected areas.

Universities in Astana, including M. Narikbayev University, Astana Medical University, Gumilyov Eurasian National University, Nazarbayev University, and ESIL University, are actively participating in the aid collection efforts. Additionally, hotels like The One and trading houses such as "Asem," "Rakhmet," "Shapagat," and other businesses are providing assistance.

The Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan launched a social campaign at the Friendship House to collect humanitarian aid for flood victims. Aid packages containing clothing, food, personal hygiene items, bedding, kitchenware, and medications will be delivered to residents of the Akmola and Karaganda regions. The city assembly and volunteers have contributed over 5 million tenge in aid to flood victims.

The donated packages mainly include clothes, food, hygiene products, and footwear. Volunteers do not accept financial aid but appreciate donations of essential products at the collection points.
