The first deputy akim of the East Kazakhstan Region, Nurymbet Saktaganov, has emphasized the importance of creating comfortable and safe living conditions for residents of boarding schools. During a budget commission meeting, he instructed to come up with proposals to enhance the material and technical base of such institutions.
"It is necessary to provide conditions not only for comfortable and safe living of the wards and students of these institutions but also for unleashing their creative potential, socialization, and engaging leisure activities," highlighted Nurymbet Saktaganov.
