The press center of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB) has reported that a citizen, while serving as the head of the Osh Agricultural Technical College, privatized a land plot belonging to the educational institution, with a total area of 266 square meters, and constructed a four-story building covering 647.28 square meters. The property is located on Nurgaziev Street (formerly Club Street), house number 3, in the southern capital.
According to the GKNB, following an inspection, the owner voluntarily transferred the land plot to the city administration of Osh. The property is valued at 50,241,145 soms. The GKNB continues its efforts to identify land plots that have been unlawfully transferred into private ownership.
