Transnational Drug Trafficking Group Busted, Narcotics Seized in Kyrgyzstan

Members of a transnational drug trafficking group have been detained by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, who were involved in smuggling and selling narcotics. The criminal group was transporting hashish from Tajikistan to Kyrgyzstan, according to the MIA press service.

Two members of the drug group have been identified, and a total of 19 kilograms and 248 grams of narcotics were confiscated from the suspects.

All detainees have been placed in the pre-trial detention center in Bishkek. Measures are being taken to identify and apprehend individuals involved in this crime.
