In Bishkek, the director of LLC "Besh-Sary" and acting deputy of the city council N.J. has been detained. This information was reported by the press center of the State Committee for National Security (SCNS).
The individual in question is Nargiza Joldoshbaeva, the daughter of former Jogorku Kenesh deputy Kamchybek Joldoshbaev.
The SCNS noted that as part of the measures to identify fraudulent activities by the management of LLC "Besh-Sary", where private property was misappropriated and transferred to third parties, a case of evading payment of taxes on a particularly large scale was also revealed.
"After explanatory work in November 2023, the director of LLC "Besh-Sary" N.J. reduced the rent for entrepreneurs by 30 percent, which was announced in the media by the LLC. However, the management of "Besh-Sary" intended to return to the previous rental prices, which caused dissatisfaction among the entrepreneurs," the statement said.
Therefore, on April 29, the security officers detained the director of LLC "Besh-Sary", Nargiza Joldoshbaeva, who was placed in the SCNS pre-trial detention center.
The investigation is ongoing.
