Chairman of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB) Kamchybek Tashiev has issued a warning to employees and owners of nightclubs.
During recent raids in nightclubs, drugs, mostly synthetic, were confiscated, he said.
"Law enforcement agencies are constantly taking operational measures to prevent the spread of drugs. However, unfortunately, drugs were found in night establishments during recent raids. I warn employees and club owners! Do not sell any kind of drugs in your establishments. If such cases are registered, you will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law," noted the head of the GKNB.
It is worth reminding that psychotropic substances hidden under a sofa were found in one of the nightclubs in Bishkek. The owner of the establishment and a visitor were in a narcotic intoxication.
