The State Agency for Management of State Property under the Cabinet of Ministers has announced an auction of assets, including those acquired by the state as part of the fight against organized crime groups (OPGs). The agency's press service reported the following list of assets up for auction:
- Twin Towers - an office space with a total area of 773.8 square meters with furniture, located at 87/2 Zhukeev-Pudovkin Street, Bishkek;
- OJSC "Crystal Tash-Komur" - the property complex of the "Crystal" plant located in the city of Tash-Komur, industrial zone district. The total area of the land plot is 525.3 hectares;
- Shares of the "Ak-Maral" Recreation Center in Cholpon-Ata city;
- Ay-Peri Business Center - a premises with a total area of 5,878.3 square meters, located at 158 Chui Avenue, Bishkek;
- Zodiac Shopping Center - a premises with a total area of 3,068 square meters, located in Cholpon-Ata city;
- Shares of JSC "Bishkek Freight Motor Transport Enterprise" with a 2.9-hectare land plot, hosting the "Batken Comfort" trade and market complex;
- Ihlas Shopping Center - a non-residential premises with a total area of 5,085 square meters, located in Osh city, microdistrict "Tyuleken" 3B. Starting price - 682,550,000 soms. Electronic auction step - 100,000 soms;
- Imperial Residential Complex - a non-residential premises of 1,400 square meters in a 14-story building under construction, located at 98 A. Masaliev Avenue, Osh. Starting price - 149,825,000 soms. Electronic auction step - 100,000 soms;
- Amanat Residence Residential Complex - a non-residential premises of 2,300.71 square meters in a multi-storey building with commercial premises under construction, located at 11-1 S. Ibraimov Street, Osh. Starting price - 251,433,092 soms. Electronic auction step - 100,000 soms.
