30 young Kyrgyz individuals have received equipment to launch their business projects, according to the press service of the Ministry of Labor, Social Protection, and Migration. This initiative was part of the "VIBEs for Youth" project by the Ministry and the SOS Children's Villages Kyrgyzstan Foundation, with the goal of creating a platform for exchanging experience, knowledge, and best practices in professional development.
Participants from pilot regions underwent professional and life skills training, and 30 individuals were selected to receive grant assistance in the form of equipment to kickstart their startups in light industry and service provision sectors. A marketplace was organized at the forum for participants to showcase their products and conduct workshops.
The event also included successful business experts as speakers, who shared valuable advice, practices, and success stories in entrepreneurship with the attendees.
