In a dramatic incident in Kochkor-Ata, a young man bravely jumped into a group of special forces to defend his father. The video of the altercation quickly went viral on social media, sparking discussions and debates online.

According to the Jalal-Abad region police department, a private security agency employee approached them reporting that he was attacked by six individuals at the local market. As a result, a criminal case has been opened under Article 280 of the Kyrgyz Republic Criminal Code for hooliganism.

The son, born in 2006, intervened in the altercation and kicked the law enforcement officers. This action is currently under investigation, with the suspect N.S. placed in pre-trial detention.

Relatives of the detained individual shared with journalists that a long-standing conflict over the local market had escalated between the two brothers. Recently, a physical altercation involving private security personnel occurred, leading both parties to file complaints against each other.

The family members emphasized that the ongoing legal battle over the market has spanned two decades. They disputed the police's claim that the victim did not cooperate with investigators, highlighting that he was unaware of the investigation. Moreover, they raised concerns about the excessive force used during the son's arrest, resulting in severe injuries requiring hospitalization. The family has lodged a complaint with the prosecutor's office regarding the alleged misconduct by the law enforcement officers.
