Authorities assure that they will actively work on implementing an automated traffic management system. The new concept, set to be realized between 2024 and 2030, aims to achieve significant improvements in various aspects of transportation:

- Reduce the number of private cars in the city center by 20%

- Decrease traffic jams by 30%

- Increase the capacity of vehicles at intersections by 30%

- Raise the average operational speed of traffic flow by 30%

- Expand free space on the road network by 35-40%

- Boost the average operational speed of buses on routes by 30-40%

- Ensure regularity of bus services and reduce intervals by 80%

- Provide full coverage of the city with public transport

- Encourage the use of public transport for 60-70% of daily trips (with a daily passenger flow of 700-900 thousand trips)

- Reduce the negative environmental impact of public transport by 50%
