Deputy Aisuluu Mamashova shared an incident where a police officer refused to accept a domestic violence victim's statement and inquired if she could file a complaint against the officer online due to the distance of the prosecutor's office from her home. The General Prosecutor assured that all complaints submitted on the website are reviewed and urged citizens to utilize this platform for lodging complaints.
