In the first two months of 2024, 26.3 thousand children in Kyrgyzstan received a one-time payment called "balaga suyunchu." The Ministry of Labor, Social Protection, and Migration reported that as of March 1, a total of 26,377 children had received payments amounting to 105.6 million soms.

The ministry highlighted that the one-time payment for each child's birth is 4,000 soms. In cases of the simultaneous birth of three or more children, parents receive 50,000 soms for each child.

To apply for the one-time payment, individuals should contact population service centers or civil registration authorities. The application for the payment must be submitted within six months of the child's birth.

The funds are transferred to a bank account within two working days of the application submission. Money can be received through the cash desks of any branch of "RSK Bank" and "Ayyl Bank" within six months of the application date.

It is crucial to provide the correct mobile phone number when filling out the application, as an SMS notification will be sent by the bank after the money transfer.
