Lutfulloi Nazrimad from Tajikistan, a suspect in the "Crocus City Hall" concert hall attack, has appealed his arrest. The Basmanny Court of Moscow will review his appeal. On March 28, the court ruled to arrest Nazrimad for two months on charges related to terrorism. The head of the Russian Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, stated that Nazrimad was involved in financing the attackers.
Another figure in the case, Muhammadzoir Sharifzoda, has also appealed his arrest. The Basmanny Court of Moscow will review his appeal. Additionally, the defense of Isroil Islomov assures that he had no intention of evading authorities. The court remains skeptical of the defense's claims, keeping Islomov in custody.
Islomov's sons, Dilovar and Aminjon, also deny guilt and have unsuccessfully appealed their arrests. According to the case materials, Islomov and his sons, along with another figure, Alisher Kasimov, were aware of the attack plans and assisted in its preparation.
On the evening of March 22, individuals in camouflage opened fire in the "Crocus City Hall" near Moscow, followed by an explosion and fire. Official reports state that 144 people died, with over 550 injured in the attack.
