Russia values Tajikistan's prompt assistance in investigating the circumstances of the terrorist attack at the "Crocus City Hall." On April 4, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated in a welcoming speech at the presentation of the Society of Friendship with Tajikistan, as reported by Izvestia.
"The recent heinous terrorist attack at the 'Crocus City Hall' near Moscow was intended by its organizers to sow discord in Russian society, to provoke heightened feelings of mistrust between peoples. However, the tragedy only united people of various nationalities."
