During a routine stop and search of a Honda vehicle in the Pap district of the Namangan region, the driver, a 46-year-old resident of the Chinaz district in the Tashkent region, was found in possession of 4,000 counterfeit dollars.

Further investigation revealed that he had acquired these bills from a previously convicted 51-year-old resident of the Yangikurgan district for 2,200 dollars.

The individual was apprehended while attempting to sell 5,400 counterfeit dollars for 3,000 dollars. It was discovered that he had received the fake money from his criminal associates in Kyrgyzstan.
