A 3.6 magnitude earthquake struck the Bostanlik district of the Tashkent region in Uzbekistan on March 5 at 11:52, as reported by the Republican Center for Seismic Prognostics Monitoring of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. The epicenter was located at a depth of 15 km. Initially, the message mentioned the Chinaz district. The distance from the epicenter to Tashkent is approximately 100 km in a northeast direction.

According to the seismocenter data, tremors were felt in the Bostanlik district with a magnitude of 2. Some residents of Tashkent also reported feeling the tremors.
