International Opera and Ballet Festival "Tashkent Spring" to Showcase Renowned Artists

The prestigious International Opera and Ballet Festival "Tashkent Spring" is set to take place at the State Academic Grand Theater named after Alisher Navoi from April 7 to 28. Celebrating its 17th year in the capital, the festival will feature a lineup of talented artists and performers.

Initiated by the Embassy of Italy in Uzbekistan, the festival will welcome Professor from the Milan Conservatory and conductor of the Joachino Rossini Symphony Orchestra, Daniel Adjiman, along with opera soloists Valentino Boi and Paolo Lardizzione.

Among the international guests are soloists from opera and ballet theaters in Germany, Georgia, Kazakhstan, with a significant number of participants hailing from Russia. Artists from the Mariinsky and Bolshoi Theatres, "Helikon-Opera," and "New Opera" will grace the Tashkent stage during the festival.

Local conductors will be joined by colleagues from Russia, Italy, and Germany throughout the festival. The program includes a diverse range of performances, from operas such as "The Maysara Pranks" and "La Bohème" to ballets like "Swan Lake" and "Giselle," promising a rich cultural experience for attendees.

With a stellar lineup and a variety of world-class productions, the International Opera and Ballet Festival "Tashkent Spring" is sure to captivate audiences and showcase the beauty of opera and ballet on the grand stage.
