On the morning of March 3rd, in the Yangiyul district of the Tashkent region, a 68-year-old couple tragically passed away in their home due to carbon monoxide poisoning. This heartbreaking incident was confirmed by the spokesperson of the General Prosecutor's Office of Uzbekistan, Khayot Shamsutdinov.
According to the preliminary findings of the forensic medical examination, the cause of death was determined to be acute carbon monoxide poisoning, which led to swelling of the brain and lungs.
