A total of 86 notaries in Kyrgyzstan have been held accountable for various illegal actions. This was announced today during a meeting of the parliamentary committee on constitutional legislation, state structure, judicial and legal issues, and regulations by Deputy Minister of Justice Orozbek Sydykov.
According to him, there are a total of 90 state and 390 private notaries in the country.
"Each year, over 185 million soms flow into the state budget from the activities of private notaries. I would like to remind that electronic notarization has been introduced since February 1," Orozbek Sydykov added.
