Chief of the Land Management and Registration Department and the director of OsOO have been detained on suspicion of corruption. This was reported by the press service of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Chui Region.
According to the information, in 2022, citizen S.A. conspired with officials from the Land Cadastre Department of the Sokuluk District to illegally enrich herself by opening OsOO "B".
They provided false information in the General plan of an 11-hectare land plot belonging to pastures located within contours No. 378, 379, 382, and 383 of the village of Zhany-Zher in the Sokuluk District. They then divided it into plots of 4 acres each and sold them to 102 individuals for construction purposes, causing significant financial damage to the state.
The suspects detained are the director of OsOO "B" S.A., born in 1966, and the current chief of the Land Management and Registration Department of the Land Cadastre of the Sokuluk District A.T., born in 1965. They have been placed in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation is ongoing.
