The press center of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB) in Kyrgyzstan has reported the arrest of an active member of a criminal group, Kadyra Dosonov, known as A.A.A. or Boyko. According to the GKNB, local government officials in Osh Oblast have been detained for their involvement in unlawful actions related to the illegal sale of pasture lands and social facilities belonging to the rural administration of Toloykon Kara-Suu district.

The criminal group member colluded with certain officials from the rural administration, the State Cadastre Agency, and the architecture department to sell approximately 500 hectares of pasture land. The plots were sold for prices starting at $10,000, causing significant financial damage to the state.

It has been revealed that some of the pasture lands were registered under affiliated individuals who later resold them. The proceeds from these sales were then laundered through investments in residential/commercial construction, the establishment, or acquisition of businesses.
