A judge from the Moscow District Court in Chui Region has been detained, as confirmed by the Council of Judges. The authorities have approved the prosecution of Judge B.T.K. on charges of abusing his official position (Article 337 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic).
The Council of Judges has also recommended to the President the temporary suspension of the aforementioned judge from his duties. It is worth noting that the initials B.T.K. correspond to the name of Judge Tilek Kalmamatovich Bakalbaev from the Moscow District Court.
