Investigation Reveals Illegal Transfer of Land and Building in Kyrgyzstan

During the investigative check, it was discovered that a 0.25-hectare land plot on Frunze Street and a two-story building, classified as a monument of architecture of republican significance, were illegally transferred into private ownership. This information was reported by the press center of the State Committee for National Security.

The head of the Federation of Trade Unions of Kyrgyzstan, L.V.I., organized a corrupt scheme and transferred the property for personal gain.

As a result, the land plot and building have been transferred to municipal ownership, with a total value of 196 million 302 thousand som. The investigation is ongoing.

In 1992, by the decision of the General Confederation of Trade Unions of Moscow, the building was transferred to the Council of the Federation of Trade Unions of Kyrgyzstan for gymnastics activities at the intersection of Frunze and Logvinenko streets.
