In the ongoing battle against corruption, economic crimes, and organized crime groups, approximately 40 billion som have been returned to the state budget in cash. This was announced today by the head of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB), Kamchybek Tashiev.

Tashiev highlighted that these funds are coming from various sources. In recent years, following the president's directive, efforts have been intensified to combat corruption, economic crimes, and organized crime groups.

"We have returned approximately 100 billion som worth of property and lands to the state. For example, yesterday we returned a building of historical and cultural significance worth around 200 million som, a stadium in the Arawan district worth 350 million som, and the 'Dostuk' hotel building. According to the law, no one has the right to seize these assets, yet cunningly, 36 percent was taken by private individuals. This amounts to over 300 million som. If we calculate it this way, we have returned around a billion som in just a day or two," stated Kamchybek Tashiev.
