A former employee of the state institution "Cadastre" has been detained in connection with the illegal re-registration of land plots belonging to the gardening society "Stroitel" in the Sokuluk district. This information was reported by the press service of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Chui region.
According to the press service, the chairman of the gardening society "Stroitel" conspired with officials and other individuals to issue forged retroactive decisions, transferring land plots to themselves and their close relatives. According to the investigation, the participants of the conspiracy illegally obtained 3.439 million soms.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 336 "Corruption" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The head of "Stroitel" and the former employee of the "Cadastre" have been detained.
The investigation is ongoing.
