In Uzgen, instances of illegally transferred land plots to private ownership have been uncovered, as reported by the press center of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB).
The GKNB disclosed that the plots in question were situated at the central stadium and Aznabakiev Park.
During the period of 2003-2005, land plots that were initially issued for temporary use at the central stadium and park were unlawfully transferred to private ownership. Subsequently, the new owners constructed two teahouses on the premises. The estimated market value of these properties amounts to 42,407,000 soms," according to the official statement.
Following negotiations, the owners of the plots willingly relinquished the lands back to the state.
