The press center of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB) reported the detention of individuals suspected of corruption in the Moscow district of the Chui region. Among those detained are officials from the land cadastre department, land specialists, former heads of local councils, and a former speaker.
According to the GKNB, these individuals allegedly provided over 30 land plots totaling 22.3 hectares to private individuals in the village of Alexandrovka through fictitious land commission protocols and council resolutions.
Furthermore, there were instances of fake auctions for leasing agricultural land to dummy entities and intentional reclassification of land categories to evade mandatory land payments. As a result of these illegal actions, the suspects acquired over 200 hectares of agricultural land, livestock farms, and properties in elite residential complexes in Bishkek.
A criminal case has been initiated under the charge of "Corruption." The detained individuals have been placed in pre-trial detention facilities by the decision of the October District Court of the capital.
Efforts are underway to identify all individuals involved in the corruption scheme and reclaim illegally obtained land assets back to state ownership.
