The State Agency for State Property Management has put up for sale the property of the liquidated crime boss Kamchi Kolbaev and former deputy head of the Customs Service, Rayimbek Matraimov. The agency has identified a list of ten properties to be sold via an electronic auction.
These properties include:
- A commercial non-residential space in Bishkek with a starting price of 38.6 million soms
- A land plot in the Salkyn-Tor area with a starting price of 6.2 million soms
- Various other land plots and apartments in different locations across Kyrgyzstan
Interested parties can familiarize themselves with the characteristics of the properties and the auction participation conditions on the State Agency for State Property Management website. The auctions will take place on the electronic trading platform, with the application acceptance starting on April 15 and ending on April 29.
