During a meeting of the committee on international affairs, defense, security, and migration, Kubanychbek Samakov expressed his dismay at the performance of the company "Amanat Trans LTD". He stated that the company fails to deliver timely notifications of fines for the "Safe City" program to Kyrgyz citizens. Samakov revealed that the company currently holds over 300,000 undelivered notifications, some dating back to June 2023, resulting in a significant loss of revenue for the budget.
Samakov reminded attendees that "Amanat Trans LTD" was the sole participant and winner of the tender. However, the MP criticized the company's current performance, raising concerns about its operations. He requested the deputy chairman of the State Committee for National Security, Abdykadyr Razaev, to oversee and investigate the matter.
