In the Osh Regional Court, the detention of a Uzgen District Court employee was commented on, stating that the position of the suspect was incorrectly specified.
"The detained individual is a technical worker responsible for servicing the repair of the court building and is not a government official. He does not have access to cases in the court's proceedings," the statement said.
The court reaffirmed its commitment to the ongoing work in the republic aimed at cleansing state bodies of individuals who cast a shadow on the image of the judiciary.
It is worth noting that the National Security Committee (GKNB) detained an employee of the Uzgen District Court for fraud. According to the agency, the employee of the court's administrative and economic department, I.T.Z., demanded $2,000 for assistance in a positive resolution of a property dispute in a civil case.
During the search of the detainee's car and house, 150,000 soms previously handed over by the applicant were found.
