The General Prosecutor's Office reports that the oversight body of Ton district in Issyk-Kul region verified compliance with land legislation. A citizen, C.K., obtained temporary use of a 21-hectare pasture land in 1998. However, by falsifying documents, the land was transferred to private ownership. The district prosecutor's office filed lawsuits to invalidate the ownership documents, which were fully granted by the court. As a result, the 21-hectare pasture land valued at 40,950,000 soms has been returned to state ownership.
