The international organization "Reporters Without Borders" (RSF) has welcomed the decision of the Administrative Court to cancel the blocking of the Russian-language version of the journalistic investigation site Kloop. The organization's statement was published on the social network X.

On March 18, the Administrative Court of Bishkek declared the decisions of the Ministry of Culture to remove material from the Kloop website, and later to block Kloop, invalid. The editorial team clarified that this decision only applies to the Russian-language version of the "Kloop" website, which was blocked since September 12, while the Kyrgyz version was blocked since early November.

The website was blocked due to the material "Politician Ravshan Jeenbekov stated that he is being tortured in pre-trial detention center-1." The State Committee for National Security (GKNB) filed a complaint with the Ministry of Culture regarding this. The security services believed that the material "does not correspond to reality and tarnishes the reputation of the GKNB." However, the news about Jeenbekov included a statement from the Penitentiary Service denying his claims of torture.
