The Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations has released an updated list of identified victims of the terrorist attack at the "Crocus City Hall" near Moscow. The list includes a total of 120 individuals, among them are the names of two Kyrgyzstani women - Edita Zhusupova and Maiza Guljigit kyzy.
Earlier reports on social media suggested that two Kyrgyzstani citizens had gone missing after the attack. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic stated that they are currently being searched for.
It is known that the two women were employed at the "Crocus" cafe. However, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic has emphasized that the information regarding the death of the two Kyrgyzstani citizens is premature.
According to the department's press service, the list published on the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations website includes data on citizens, including those from Kyrgyzstan, for whom genetic testing has not been completed. The DNA test results are still pending.
On March 22, a terrorist attack took place at the "Crocus City Hall" near Moscow. Thousands of people had gathered for a concert by a musical group. Preliminary information suggests that four unidentified individuals in camouflage attire, without masks, entered the building and began shooting people at close range. Eight suspects have been arrested in connection with the attack.
According to preliminary data from the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, 139 individuals lost their lives in the tragic incident.
