Kyrgyz Citizen Wanted by Authorities Detained in UAE, Affiliated with Organized Crime

The press center of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB) reported the arrest of Taalaibek Kumashevich Rysaliev, a Kyrgyz citizen wanted by authorities, in the United Arab Emirates in cooperation with Interpol's National Central Bureau on February 21. Rysaliev is accused of being an active participant in the organized criminal group of Kamchybek Asanbek (Kamchi Kolbaev) and is facing charges under Article 261 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. He has been remanded in custody by the Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek in absentia.

The issue of extraditing the detainee is currently being addressed.

Taalaibek Rysaliev, known as "Mobi" in criminal circles, allegedly exploited his close ties to the late criminal authority Kamchi Kolbaev to generate illegal income and commit serious property crimes for financial gain. Rysaliev has a history of criminal activities, including extortion from compatriots in Moscow and his involvement in a controversial photo alongside former customs official Rayimbek Matraimov.

The former deputy chairman of the board of Kyrgyzneftegaz and the first vice president of the Shooting Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic, Taalaibek Rysaliev, has a notorious reputation in criminal circles for his illicit activities.
