Volunteers Rescue Lost Russian Tourists in Adygene Gorge, Chuy Region

In the Adygene Gorge of the Chuy Region, volunteers successfully located and rescued a group of lost Russian tourists. The news was shared on social media by Davran Osmonkulov.

According to Osmonkulov, a father and his two children, aged 19 and 10, were found and handed over to the Ministry of Emergency Situations rescuers.

The Ministry stated that the family had gone missing on March 28. In addition to the four rescuers, two volunteers, one of them being Davran Osmonkulov, joined the search at 9:55 PM.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that the tourists from Russia got lost due to sudden weather changes and heavy snowfall. The children, who were lightly dressed, had started to freeze. They were located at 3:00 AM, provided with initial medical aid, and safely brought down from the mountain by 5:30 AM.
