An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.5 has been registered in China, according to the Seismology Institute.

The underground shocks were recorded today, on March 6, at 6:10 local time.

The epicenter of the earthquake is located 25 kilometers southeast of the village of Bedel in the Issyk-Kul region, 72 kilometers southeast of the Kumtor mine, and 125 kilometers southeast of the city of Karakol.
