The land plot of the stadium in the Aravan district of the Osh region, with a total area of 0.46 hectares, along with the sports and educational facilities located on its territory, has been returned to the state balance. This information was reported by the press center of the State Committee for National Security.
According to their data, the market value of the land is 307 million 135 thousand 118 soms.
"In 2001, the village council made a decision to allocate the land of the district stadium in the village of Aravan for the construction of a lyceum and a sports complex to private individuals. This action violated the decree of the president dated February 16, 1995, 'On the prohibition of transferring objects of social infrastructure to private or other forms of ownership of legal or natural persons'," the statement said.
