The regional prosecutor's office has announced that a 1.5-hectare plot of park land in Mayluu-Suu has been returned to the state. This decision comes after a city oversight body inspected the municipality for compliance with land legislation.
During the inspection, it was found that the park measuring 1.5 hectares lacked any legal documents establishing ownership and the plot had not been transferred to municipal ownership. As a result, the prosecutor's office has issued a response act. Following the review, the park, valued at 12,500,100 soms, has now been transferred to the municipal ownership of Mayluu-Suu's city hall.
