Illegal Police Search Conducted at Kyrgyz Diplomat's Residence in Moscow

According to the Telegram channel "VCHK-OGPU," on April 8th, two employees of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs arrived at the home of Kyrgyz Ambassador's advisor Manas Zholdoshbekov in Moscow to check the legality of the grounds for the foreign citizen's stay in the Russian Federation. It is reported that law enforcement officers broke the door and demanded to provide a detachable part of the immigration registration form.

"Even after presenting diplomatic passports and ID cards, the police officers continued to aggressively demand documents regarding the immigration registration. During the incident, the diplomat's wife was physically injured, and psychological harm was inflicted on his underage children," the Telegram channel notes.

On March 22nd, a terrorist attack occurred at the "Crocus City Hall" near Moscow. Thousands of people had come for a concert by a music group. According to preliminary data, four unidentified individuals in camouflage without masks entered the building and started shooting people at close range. According to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, 145 people died in the attack. A total of 11 suspects have been arrested.

After the tragedy, Russian authorities increased control over migrants, while Kyrgyzstan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs officials spoke out about the rise of xenophobia towards representatives of other nationalities in Moscow.
