Chairman of Dushanbe, Rustam Emomali, has approved a plan for organizing the summer recreation of children and teenagers for the year 2024.
According to the Education Department of the capital, relevant structures have been tasked with completing construction, renovation, and equipping of recreation facilities for children by the end of May.
It was noted by the department that the opening of all types of camps will be permitted only based on the conclusions of the state bodies of sanitary-epidemiological and fire supervision.
"The recreation of students of general educational institutions in the city of Dushanbe, financed from the city budget, will be organized both in suburban recreation areas and at educational institutions," as reported by the management.
The Health Department of the city undertakes to take measures to provide camps and recreation areas with necessary medical specialists and to ensure control over the sanitary-hygienic condition during the summer holidays.
Officials are also tasked with providing specialists for seasonal suburban health, sports and health centers, providing vouchers for orphans, children from low-income families, gifted children, and children of workers from various sectors of the country, as well as arranging transportation to and from the recreation areas.
