In Ataturk Park, the dismantling of objects has begun, as reported by the press service of the Bishkek City Hall.

According to the information provided, the objects located on the eastern side of the park are being dismantled by the land use control authority. Along Maldybaeva Street, 69, an 86-meter fence is being dismantled. Additionally, a 14-meter canopy is being removed.

"Work has started from the residents' side to dismantle the fence voluntarily around the 4-story building No. 104/1. It was installed on municipal territory without the necessary permits," the City Hall stated.

The municipal authorities also mentioned that as of today, 41 lawsuits have been filed by the city services.

It is worth noting that in April, the mayor of the capital, Aibek Djunushaliev, signed a resolution approving the boundaries of Ataturk Park. According to archival data from the Bishkekglavarchitectura Municipal Enterprise, 198 objects fall within the return zone. However, the number could be higher, according to the city mayor. The City Hall assures that legal actions will be taken regarding real estate objects within the framework of the law, preparing and filing lawsuits in courts. The municipality has forwarded the materials to law enforcement agencies for legal assessment.
