The President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdymukhamedov, has gifted 200 new passenger buses to the Balkan velayat to strengthen its transportation capabilities. This news was reported by the online publication "TurkmenPortal".
The new buses are known for their comfort and are well-suited for the country's climate conditions. They have arrived just in time for the peak of the resort season in the National Tourist Zone of "Avaza" and the balneological zone of "Mollagara".
The transportation infrastructure in the velayat is rapidly improving - a new bus station has been put into operation, roads are being constructed, road infrastructure facilities are being built, including a bridge across the Garabogaz Bay. The new buses, gifted by the Head of State, will significantly expand the geography of passenger transportation.
