The court also arrested three more individuals, including Dilovar Islomov, the owner of the white Renault used by the attackers. Another suspect, Aminjon Islomov, was involved in the attack's planning. Islomov's family members claim he was unaware of the attack's preparation and voluntarily cooperated with the authorities.

Alisher Kasimov, a 32-year-old Kyrgyzstan native, was arrested for renting his apartment to the attackers. Kasimov stated he had no knowledge of their terrorist activities and had only rented out the apartment to settle his mortgage.

The attack on "Krokus City Hall" on March 22 involved armed individuals opening fire and setting the building ablaze minutes before a concert. The FSB detained 11 suspects, with three more awaiting court appearance. One suspect was shot by law enforcement in the Bryansk region after failing to stop the vehicle.
