Joint Military Exercise 'We Are United - 2024' to be Held by Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan

The armed forces of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan are planning to conduct a joint military exercise in July 2024, as reported by Armiya.az citing the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan. The joint plan signed between the defense ministries of these countries outlined the operational-tactical command-staff exercises "Birlestik-2024".

The Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan stated that the conference held in the Kazakh city of Aktau addressed various issues regarding the preparation for the upcoming exercises and tasks at hand. The exercises are scheduled for July this year at the training ground "Oymasha" and Cape Tokmak in the Caspian Sea, focusing on implementing training and combat tasks to identify locations of armed conflicts.

This joint military exercise is expected to strengthen cooperation and coordination among the armed forces of these countries, which will contribute to regional security and stability.
